  • Keep login details and account information secure.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Payments are due as per the selected plan.
  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date.
  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Device Usage & Compliance

  • Our ELDs are FMCSA-certified and meet DOT requirements.

  • Compliance is the customer’s responsibilityneDleet Care ELD is not liable for misuse, tampering, or neglect of devices.
  • Customers must ensure proper maintenance and connectivity of ELD units.

6. Warranty & Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical, regulatory, or third-party factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fleet Care ELD is not responsible for:

  • Data loss caused by technical failures outside of our control.

8. Termination of Services
